Thermage is HERE!
Thermage is the latest procedure in skin tightening and contouring to hit Australia. This procedure uses the ThermaCool technology which has been available in the U.S. commercially since 2002. The procedure involves the delivery of radiofrequency energy to the deeper layers of the skin and its underlying tissue. This causes the deep structures to tighten and over time, new and remodeled collagen is produced to further tighten the skin. Only 6 highly credentialled practices have been offerred this machine in Australia and Dr Craig Layt's is one of them. The procedure is ideal for patients who want a fresher looking face with improved facial contours. The procedure does not involve surgery, so there is no incision and no downtime.
